By enrolling in and accessing this Course, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Ownership

All course materials (including videos, written materials, graphics, and images) are the property of Philippa Barsanti and The Barre Movement and are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

1. Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course materials solely for your own personal education and training purposes.

1. Prohibited Use

You must not:

•  Share, sell, resell, copy, distribute, or otherwise make the course materials available to third parties.
•  Upload the course materials to any website, file-sharing service, or social media platform without prior written consent of The Barre Movement.
•  Use the course materials and/or content in any way that misrepresents, harms, or defames Philippa Barsanti and/or the The Barre Movement.
•  Use the course materials for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to running your own courses or training, without express written permission.
•  Use the course materials and/or content for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

1. Termination of Access

The Barre Movement reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course immediately if you breach these terms. No refund will be provided in such circumstances, and The Barre Movement reserves the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies

1. Governing Law

This agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
